Got my DV report from another company I found online. When I submitted the report to insurance company I was told it was speculative and denied my request for diminished value. When I contacted American group they offered to review my old report free of charge and told me what was wrong. While I didn’t buy a report from them the tip they gave me got me a check for thirty eight hundred dollars.
