On a first party claims
we will decide the settlement amount independently from the primaries in the claim (you and your insurance company). We shall also settle the claim according to our own discretion. No refunds are allowed on first party claims. We reserve the right to refuse service when the claim is suspected of being fraudulent or erroneous. We also reserve the right to refuse service to clients who attempt to influence or affect our opinion or valuations.

Affiliated Attorney Referral

On occasion, we may suggest escalating your claim. We normally send out the name and contact information of an attorney who may help you. It is your duty to contact that attorney, all negotiations or dealings with that attorney are kept private and away from our view or influence. We never collect any referral fees or commissions.
